Step 1: Paste your feedback
Open FeedbackHub and paste your feedback lines into the text box, one note per line. Lines can come from Slack, DMs, or surveys — raw, messy input is fine. You do not need to pre-sort or clean anything.
Step 2: Name the product (optional)
There is an optional product field where you can type the product name, for example TaskNinja. It is not required; the clustering works on the notes alone. Use it if labeling helps you keep outputs organized.
Step 3: Read the theme buckets
FeedbackHub returns your notes grouped into themes — Pricing, Bugs, UI/UX, Performance, Other — each with a frequency count. This is the structured view: instead of a thread, you see what users mention most.
Step 4: Use the build-next pick
The tool highlights the most frequent theme as a suggested build-next pick. Treat it as a starting point for prioritization. You confirm it against your roadmap, effort, and constraints before acting.
Free vs Pro
Free is unlimited clustering. Pro is $19/mo and adds sentiment and dedupe, which can make the theme counts cleaner when the same point repeats or when tone matters. Pricing can change, so confirm the current plan on the product page.
